The Passes and Tables booked online are non-refundable except in case of postponement or cancellation of an event.

In case of postponement of an event curated by us the customers who have booked passes or tables online can either opt for a full refund or carry forward of the booking amount which can be used to attend the particular postponed event on a different date.

In case of cancellation of an event customers will be offered full refund and the refund will be processed within 14 working days. 

In case of issues with redemption of food and beverages coupon issued by the venue during the event please get in touch with the specific venue partner for that particular event to raise issues regarding the same.
